Another enjoyable activity this weekend was to stop, at Mama Ricotta’s, for a pizza prepared by Ricky. We enjoy sitting at the pizza bar and watching Ricky prepare our favorite; a white pizza with chicken sausage, spinach, and red peppers (yum).
