Light rail

We are looking forward to riding the “red line” extension which just opened after 10 years of planning and construction.

This photo was taken at the 3rd street Convention station. Following is a link to the Lynx, Charlotte’s light rail system.

Looking at the train, it’s not that different from our LRT system. Ours is in the last stages of a major expansion.
