On a recent walk we noticed giraffes on East Boulevard in Dilworth near uptown Charlotte. The sign indicates the building is available for lease and giraffes certainly draw attention. While researching the following phrase was found “East Boulevard has history, a splash of color, and many homes that have been repurposed into businesses“.
