We are continuing our mini-series with a focus on yellow. Today’s photo shows a yellow tropical fish on the Discovery Place loading dock in uptown Charlotte. The Discovery Place web site says their mission is to “Bring science, nature, and design together to create transformative experiences that enable our community to understand, enjoy, and apply science to their lives.” The fish fits the mission statement and it fits my yellow theme.
Our experiences, at the Discovery Place, include many visits with our grandson. We have built towers, conducted experiments, watch dramatic science demonstrations, watched movies IMAX movies, played and played. We highly recommend Discovery Place for children and their grandparents.
