A block of seesaws at the the Impulse exhibit as part of the Shout festival in uptown Charlotte. The seesaws are a hit and much enjoyed by the young and the old. The website, for Impulse exhibit, explains that “an interactive work comprising a series of 15 seesaws with light and sound that changes when in motion”.
