Today’s photo shows the Bank of America Tower which was recently constructed. Of specific interest is the video wall in the lobby. Their website says that one of the amenities is a thirty-four by sixty-six foot video wall that can be viewed from the lawn in the entry plaza.

This photo was taken last weekend on a walk from Uptown, along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, East Boulevard , and the Rail Trail in the South End. This photo was take next to the bridge crossing the traffic loop around uptown. The buildings in the background are the Bank of America Tower, the Duke Energy Center, and the Alley building.

This office tower is a recent addition to the Charlotte skyline. During construction the signs referenced Legacy Bank, then recently the building name was changed.

On our evening stroll we were impressed by the number of cement trucks lined up at one of the many construction sites in Uptown Charlotte.
