A while back we took our grandson to the Children’s library in Uptown Charlotte. This art by Allison … and a few others … caught my eye.

The Children’s library is at ImaginOn at 300 East 7th Street and offers a fun filled afternoon for families.

The handprint motif reminds me of the cave art in parts of Europe from thousands of years ago. Aside from painting animals, they would leave handprints.
